So I joined capgemini 4 days ago(Lateral experienced). I got an email regarding collection of ID card and welcome kit.

But on the other hand, I got an email saying that SEZ ID is needed due to new governance rules.

So I had applied for that, after I get that SEZ ID, then only laptop would be processed.

What I am confused about is, whether or not I should go to the office before the laptop allotment is processed or not? Just to fetch welcome kit and ID card?

As it's 300KM away from home.

Did anyone else face such situation?
