Basically what the title says. I really like reading reader inserts but so many of the one's I've read have little plot other than the "getting together" part (no hate to those, I've also read ones like that which I love). I'm wondering whether anyone has any recs that are more plot centric? It can be canon/reader or gen, I don't mind.

My preferred fandom is MCU (marvel cinimatic universe) but I am more than willing to read fandom blind if it's a good fic!

I don't mind smut, preferrably not too smut-heavy though.
