Long shot, but me and my wife are looking to rent in CoMo. I made a post a while back asking about rents, and got some good info. In the past, we’ve had a great experience renting from a private landlord instead of a mgmt company (it was a husband/wife and they were the nicest!). I’m wondering if there is anyone like that in CoMo (that may also be in this sub). I can give more pertinent info, but we are looking for 3 bedroom homes, under $1800. I’m open to dms! TIA
