Hi everyone,
I am a young professional. 24yo, looking to potentially move to new Rochelle working in office 5 days a week in a very demanding hit-the monthly-goals job, unpredictable schedule, long hours, is the commute worth the price? And the savings I’m getting from living in new Rochelle?
Commute would be metro north plus walk to office everyday. Plus the metro north time gaps- around 10mins up to 7 mins wait in between trains.

Looking for thoughts. Thanks!

Hi team. Arc house new lease new potential tenant
Had a tour with one of their leasing agents. Did some digging here and realized that the new management has been horrible for tenants.
Did see that some residents in the shared spaces did not look happy/ looked drained staring at us touring the spaces.
I wanted your recent experiences with Arc house management/ UTILITY BILL hikes/ bill ranges/ and how much wifi costs for you/ any random charge placements on the rent portal.
And whether using their gift credit for con Edison actually worked for you.

Also looked at the Alary, loved the units and In house management but leaning towards the arc house more.

Need your experiences though.
