Urgent: Locked out of paying for my VPS after my bank blocked my stolen card. AI support has been no help

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone from the Hostinger community—or even a Hostinger employee—can help me because I'm running out of options.

Here's what happened:

  • My bank card was stolen, so I immediately reported it to my bank.
  • My bank blocked the card to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  • That card was the default payment method for my Hostinger account.
  • When Hostinger attempted to renew my VPS, the payment was declined because the card had already been blocked.
  • After that, Hostinger permanently suspended all of my payment methods, and now I get this message:

The frustrating part is that I'm trying to pay.

I have already received a replacement bank card, but I can't add it because my account is blocked.

So far I have:

  • Contacted Hostinger Support.
  • Completed the Payment Verification form.
  • Uploaded my replacement card for verification.
  • Replied to the Compliance email with all the requested information.
  • Explained that the original card was stolen and blocked by my bank.

It's now been more than 24 hours, and I still haven't received any update.

The biggest problem: I can't reach a human.

Every time I contact Hostinger Support, I only get the AI chatbot. It keeps giving me different answers every time I ask the same question. It never tells me the status of my compliance review, can't escalate my case, and I haven't been able to reach a real person.

At this point, I feel completely stuck.

My VPS hosts production services, websites, and important client data. My clients have already started contacting me because of this issue.

My dashboard now says I have 19 days left before my VPS renewal, and I'm worried that if this isn't resolved before then, my VPS could be suspended—even though I'm ready and willing to pay immediately.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

  • How long did your Compliance review take?
  • Is there any way to contact a real human from the Compliance or Billing team?
  • Is there any Hostinger staff member here who could help escalate my case?

I'm not disputing the payment. The payment failed only because my bank blocked my stolen card. I simply want to update my payment method, pay for my VPS, and continue using my services.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
