Physical Ailments Common to TIs and their remedies. Solutions that have worked for me.
I’ve been keeping notes on physical symptoms I have observed in myself, and as I find solutions I make a note. I’m keeping this as an ongoing document of issues and solutions. It’s not complete, but I think this will help some folks who observe any of the same issues in themselves.
These solutions really work, and have significantly improved my quality of life.
Listed by issue, and solutions. There are duplicates where one solution applies to more than one issue.

Bowels/gut
* EDTA (anti bio-film)
* Activated charcoal (remove toxins/heavy metals, fixes gas and bloating and severe stomach/intestinal upset)
* Zeolite (remove heavy metals, toxins)
Skin
* Fluconazole ([prescription] candida, yeast infection)
* Nystatin ([prescription] topical fungal/candida, yeast infection)
* Iodine (healthier skin/hair, nail/fungal)
* Astringent (for facial skin, for clearing up sebum/fungal issues)
Overall health
* Iodine (thyroid/hormone support)
* Shilajit (mineral support) I take this with my zeolite to replenish minerals and for oxidative damage and overall energy improvement. It’s an awesome and natural source of rich nutrients.
Mental health
* Methylene blue (mitochondrial support, brain fog, brain health generally, neuroprotective, boosts low energy)
* Zeolite (brain fog, detox heavy metals)

Some more info about my situation :
Gut issues:
It’s theorized and highly likely that most, possibly all, TIs have some sort of fungal or bacterial infection or overgrowth. I went to a doctor and found that I had Candida overgrowth, which manifested all kinds of problems - from brain fog to constant intestinal distress, to even yeast infection.
I first started using activated charcoal to help with my intestinal issues and it worked quite well to greatly reduce gas and constant stomach upset. I also was prescribed Fluconazole- which worked quite well. It’s prescribed for yeast infections, but will also clear up candida overgrowth (sibo/sifo). Nystatin completely removed yeast infection- and worked dramatically better than otc remedies (myconazole/tolnaftate), but the otc remedies will work if you cannot get nystatin.
Mental issues
I had severe brain fog. My memory was dramatically affected and I was worried I had some sort of early-onset dementia forming. It was really scary. But once I got the candida situation resolved, it completely came back and I am sharp again. If you have severe brain fog, I highly recommend looking into this.. I have ADHD and even that has almost completely resolved itself.
The combination of methylene blue with zeolite profoundly reduced my brain fog. It resolved most of my depression. I feel a thousand times better after a few weeks of consistently taking it.
