I stopped gaining weight

Hi! For some background information, I'm 172cm, 134lbs, and 8 months on T. Around the beginning of 2025 I was only 110lbs so I got to put on some mass on at least but I noticed my weight hasn't changed since January this year...

I used to be quite athletic and fit back then but stopped for a while and got back to the gym around 6 months ago. This is the most mass I've put on for sure.

My gym does have an those fancy machines that check your muscle mass, percent body fat, etc and for a while i was just gaining muscle and losing fat so my weight just wasnt going up...but it hasn't changed much at all these days. (Edit: PBF fluctuates between 17%-20%, SMM i forget but it's around 50 something to 61lbs)

I know it's mainly a diet issue. I have trouble eating a lot and I don't feel all that hungry often. So the questions are:

  1. Is there a way to increase appetite?

  2. Would it be better if I ate less but more frequently? Like 5 small meals opposed to 3 heavy meals?

  3. Should I meal prepping at this point? Any resources I could check out?

I do PPL if that means anything...Maybe I should increase the days I workout now too as well? Thoughts?

my partner is scared. how do i support her better?

my partner and I are both in our early twenties and she is extremely anxious and afraid of her loved ones dying. Professional help isn't something we can get at the moment but even if we did have it, i assume support from loved ones must play a huge role too. I'm hoping for advice on dos and donts when she's thinking of it more than usual, and if there's anything more I could possibly do...

We've had a lot of conversations about it at this point but I'm not sure if I should provide more context. If you guys have any questions, I'll answer what I can.

thank you.
