My landlord doesn't fix things and I don't know who my landlord is is anymore
I signed a lease with a woman, and one day she told me to contact the other guy in the future. That guy said he’s my new landlord. I thought she sold the property to that guy.
My toilet has been broken for more than a month, and the ceiling leaks when it rains. I asked my landlord to fix it many times, but he said he would get back to me but he never did. Also now I have no water in the kitchen.
And yesterday he said he doesn’t work for the lady anymore (which I assumed to be my previous landlord?). I asked him to explain the situation but he just ignored my messages.
I’m very lost as to who to communicate with. I have a bunch of problems and no one wants to take care of them. Honestly, I’m very depressed right now because there are so many people not responding to me at the same time.
I think it’s because this is my last month so they just don’t want to care. What should I do? Also is it safe to drink water from the bathroom sink? Thanks
