Can I place Colour Change Joker at the begging of the run series?
For example, CCJ B12 B13
(cuz there is no 14, so if I ripped B11 from the set and play a spare CCJ, it can only be attached to the head
The rule said "The Colour Change Joker can be used at the end of a set" but not mention whether it can be used at the beginning.
