So what did everyone think? I really appreciated the opportunity to view this, something I would never have the opportunity to attend (Australian). I did think Ira would talk more at the beginning and end but overall I really enjoyed the format.

I'm looking for recs for tops for the gym. I just started going back but due to breastfeeding I am very self conscious about how my old gym shirts now fit. Bras are fine (although happy for recs here too) mainly just want to feel better in the mirror
