Small Studio Apartment. Stuck on what to do with couch.

To the left is the kitchenette, which is a countertop along the entire wall with the very end bit with a built in desk/sitting space to eat by the back door. The bed is an installed murphy bed, can't change positioning. TV is supplied by building, wall mounted. Couch is right up beside the door frame as you walk in. I bought a large area rug, but having the layout like this just feels wrong.

It felt a little more cozy with the couch at the end of the bed, but then it was facing the kitchen, unable to put a media stand, so you're just staring at the kitchen.

Plans were with this current layout to put in an ikea bookshelf beside the couch to the right to separate the space from the bedroom, and then have a very very slim tv stand and tv in front of it if I could find one narrow enough to fit that foot space before the bathroom door, otherwise it blocks the bed access and closet access. But then also two ugly TVs next to eachother (plans to hide the wall mounted one with a large piece of art overtop and make it a gallery wall)

Used a floorplan designer online, the space is smaller than it appears to be, especially in the living room. Also that ugly blue cube ottoman is gone and the blue sheets are ditched.
