Built an SEO + AEO analyzer after my other app disappeared from ChatGPT results

Built an SEO + AEO analyzer after my other app disappeared from ChatGPT results

I built an indoor bike fitting app and ran it through every SEO checklist — perfect Lighthouse scores, clean technical health. Then I asked ChatGPT "what's a good app for indoor bike fitting" and it wasn't there. Lighthouse can tell you the house is in great shape. It can't tell you whether anyone in the neighborhood knows it exists.

Turns out the content Google ranks and the content AI engines cite are often completely different, and most SEO tools don't measure that gap at all.

So I built a second tool to fix it. You give it a URL, it runs Google Lighthouse in parallel with a Claude-powered content analysis and returns scores for both traditional SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — how likely ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews are to actually cite you. Specific recommendations, not generic ones: the exact title tag to rewrite, the schema markup to add, the missing entities that are hurting your AI visibility.

Six modes: full audit, content brief, schema generator, FAQ generator, AI-citation rewrite, and competitor analysis.

3 free analyses on signup — happy to share the link in the comments if anyone wants to try it.

Would love feedback on the output quality or anything else.

Built an SEO and AEO tool after realizing my other app was invisible to ChatGPT

I built axyz.fit (bike fit tool) and ran it through every standard SEO checklist — but when I asked ChatGPT "what's a good app for indoor bike fitting," it didn't come up. The content Google ranks and the content AI engines cite are often completely different, and most SEO tools don't measure the gap.

So I built Beacon to fix that for myself, then opened it up.

You give it a URL or paste content, it scores you on both traditional SEO signals and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — how likely ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews are to cite you. It also pulls live Google Lighthouse data in parallel, so you can see your Core Web Vitals alongside your content scores in the same report. Lighthouse can tell you the house is in great shape - Beacon tells you whether anyone in the neighborhood knows it exists.

It returns specific recommendations, not generic advice: the actual title tag to use, the exact schema markup to add, the missing entities that would help AI engines understand what you do.

Six analysis modes: full audit, content brief, schema generator, FAQ generator, AI-citation rewrite, and competitor analysis.

Then you can take that data and drop it right into VSCode to start fixing.

Built a AI bike fit tool for indoor riders - feedback welcome

Built axyz.fit — you record a short video on your trainer, upload it, and it scores your saddle height, hip angle, torso lean, and pedaling stability against professional fitting targets. Free to try.

Would love any feedback on the results, the design, or anything else.
