: 1 Year Post-Op Malleable Penile Implant: Right cylinder curves like a banana / causes a gap. Is this normal?
Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well.
It’s been exactly a year since my malleable penile implant surgery. I’ve noticed that the right cylinder is curved towards the tip, kind of like a banana.
When I get an erection / when the surrounding tissue swells, this curvature leaves a bit of an empty space on the right side, meaning that specific area doesn't fully fill out or expand.
Is this kind of curvature normal for malleable implants? I'd really appreciate it if anyone who’s had a similar experience or has insight could share their thoughts.
