What do you guys use to send alarms via WhatsApp?

I made the mistake of starting my company with the solution rather than the problem.....

I’m having a hard time finding an ICP or a user segment that is truly relevant for my platform

My platform is agentui. At first, I noticed people were building dashboards, so I launched a whole SEO campaign around that. It worked, but most of those users churned after one month, and then came claude code.....

Then I discovered that people were building internal tools, so I shifted the focus toward internal tools. But it seems like an extremely competitive industry

Now it feels like Anthropic’s Claude Code keeps commoditizing parts of my business, so I started building a CLI that lets users deploy apps built with Claude Code through AgentUI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Would love to know how long did it take you to reach 1M in revenue
