New possible ipy/nivo side effect

I am 6 mos post immuno (had 2 infusions) had some bad side effects so stopped
Last night I found a perfectly round quarter size smooth bald spot on my head (61F)
I sent my dermatologist a picture and she suspects it is alopecia areata an immune disorder likely precipitated
from immunotherapy
I sent this info to my Onco team…
Will see what they say. I’m supposed to start radiation soon and I remember when I had the consult the Dr asked if I had any autoimmune disorders … I hope this doesn’t affect my treatment plan…….
Anyone have anything similar??

Radiation??

After successful but difficult ipi/nivo all but one of my lesions are gone.
Plan is now for 5 sessions of radiation.
(Upper left chest)
Has anyone been on this path? If so please share.
Thanks.

Post treatment fatigue

My last treatment was 2 rounds of ipy/nivo. I reacted poorly and ended up having to stop. Last was end of January. Finally off prednisone in May..
My last scan was showing good results! Next scan in a few weeks.
My question is: is anyone still experiencing “funk” even months past treatment?
I still don’t feel great. Achiness, tire easily, emotional, etc.
I’m getting b12 shots and amped up vita d (was deficient) for about a month now … I want to enjoy my good news and the summer but just tired:(
