Hello I'm looking for a non toxic, nothing with red 40, red dye. Any brand recommendations. The client asked for red mushroom cupcakes but wanted a non toxic option. I know a bright red is hard to achieve as it is, much less a non toxic option. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Background Info:
We arrive in Bergen, Norway, on August 1st. From August 4th to 7th, we have a sailing trip scheduled in Lofoten and then we fly back home from Bergen on the 11th.
After the sailing trip, the plan is to drive back casually to Bergen. We plan to car camp / stay in huts along the way.
2 Main Questions:
How do we get to Lofoten from Bergen? I know you can fly, but is there any public transportation options? Any ferries or trains?
Can we rent a car in Lofoten and drop it off in Bergen? I would really like to avoid renting a car for the whole time we are there, especially since we won't be using it for three days, and I have no idea where I could park it safely for that long.
