Hi! I’ve been getting into eyeliner and at first really could only manage using eyeshadow. I recently bought the Maybelline sculpting stix eyeliner pencil which I love because I don’t need to sharpen. However, it’s consistently smudging below my lower lash line. Any tips on how to make it stay in place instead? Thanks!
