Is it just me, or is filling out the same forms over and over insanely time-consuming?
I've been looking into how legal paperwork is handled, and I'm genuinely surprised by how much information seems to get repeated across different forms.
Like you enter a client's name, addresses, dates, relatives, case details, etc. and then the same information appears again and again in petitions, notices, letters, inventories...
Do you actually retype/copy-paste this stuff manually every time?
Or do most firms already have a system that auto-populates everything?
I'm curious what the normal workflow looks like because from the outside it seems like a huge time sink, but maybe I'm missing something.
