Is Every Beagle an Escape Artist?
We can't keep her in our yard/house. We may have to spend A LOT of money on a 6 foot privacy fence to contain her. Our 4 foot chain link fence just doesn't work. She has figured out how to literally climb the fence with all 4 paws to get over. Halp.
