Made this entire K-pop dance sequence with AI.

Not from a motion capture suit.

Not from a pre-made animation.

Just an idea that evolved into a complete cinematic sequence.

My workflow:

• Think → Build the concept

• Choose the visual style & camera language

• Design a consistent character

• Create a detailed storyboard

• Generate and refine every shot into a final sequence

Every camera move, every dance beat, every transition was intentionally crafted to feel like a real music video.

AI isn't replacing creativity—it amplifies it. The tools generate pixels, but the vision, direction, storytelling, and decisions still come from the creator.

Curious to hear your thoughts:

What part of the AI filmmaking workflow do you find the most challenging—character consistency, choreography, or cinematic camera movement?

From Storyboard to AI Commercial — My Workflow for Creating a 15s Ayurvedic Shampoo Ad

I wanted to see how close AI could get to a premium TV commercial, so I built a complete workflow from scratch instead of jumping straight into video generation.

Step 1: Concept

I started with a simple idea: an Ayurvedic shampoo called Herb+. The goal was a clean, luxury, nature-inspired commercial that felt like something you'd see on television.

Step 2: Storyboard

Instead of generating random shots, I designed a cinematic storyboard first. Every frame included:

- Shot composition

- Camera movement

- Environment

- Model appearance

- Color palette

- Product placement

- Narrator voice direction

- Timing for a 15-second commercial

This became the visual blueprint for the entire project.

Step 3: Character Consistency

I kept a single female model throughout every scene so the final video would feel like one continuous commercial instead of disconnected AI clips.

Step 4: Master Prompt

Using the storyboard as a reference image, I wrote one detailed master image-to-video prompt describing:

- Lighting

- Lens choices

- Camera movements

- Hair physics

- Water simulation

- Product consistency

- Environment

- Facial expressions

- Motion style

- Narration

- Background music

- Cinematic color grading

Rather than prompting each shot separately, everything was controlled from one master prompt.

Step 5: Video Generation

The storyboard guided composition while the master prompt controlled realism, motion, and consistency. This reduced randomness and made the AI follow a clear creative direction.

What I learned

The biggest improvement didn't come from writing longer prompts it came from planning first. Spending time on a strong storyboard made the final generation much more consistent and cinematic.

I'm still experimenting with this workflow, but it's already producing much better results than starting directly with an image-to-video prompt.

I'd love to hear how others approach AI commercial production. Any suggestions or improvements are welcome.

🍊🐵 What if a monkey became the face of a premium fruit drink brand?

A cinematic commercial set in a lush tropical rainforest, where every shot celebrates freshness, adventure, and nature. From swinging through the jungle to discovering an ice-cold fruit drink, the monkey's journey ends with a stunning hero product shot that makes the beverage the true star.

The goal is to create a premium ad that feels like a Hollywood beverage commercial—photorealistic visuals, expressive character animation, breathtaking forest cinematography, and irresistible product appeal.

Would this concept grab your attention as a real TV or digital advertisement? What would you improve?

Building a Hollywood-Style AI Samurai Fight (Step by Step)

Step 1 – The Hook

The film opens with a breathtaking FPV drone shot flying over an ancient Japanese battlefield at sunrise. The atmosphere is silent, mysterious, and cinematic. No action yet—only anticipation.

Step 2 – Introduce the Hero

A lone Lion-headed Samurai stands calmly in the middle of the battlefield. His armor is battle-worn, his katana remains sheathed, and the wind moves naturally through his mane. He doesn't speak. His confidence says everything.

Step 3 – Introduce the Villain

Far across the battlefield, smoke parts to reveal a towering Dragon-headed Samurai. Fire burns behind him, and every heavy footstep shakes the ground. He walks forward with absolute dominance.

Step 4 – Face to Face

Both warriors stop only a few meters apart. The camera captures intense close-ups of their eyes, subtle breathing, and the growing tension. Dust swirls between them. Neither makes the first move.

Step 5 – The First Strike

Without warning, the Lion Samurai instantly draws his katana and attacks. The Dragon Samurai blocks at the last possible moment. Steel collides with steel, sending a shower of sparks across the battlefield.

Step 6 – Full-Speed Duel

The battle explodes into an intense exchange of sword techniques. Fast footwork, realistic combat choreography, continuous FPV drone movement, practical camera shake, flying debris, and perfectly timed katana clashes create nonstop adrenaline.

Step 7 – The Turning Point

The Lion Samurai begins reading his opponent's attacks. Every counter becomes more precise. The Dragon Samurai is pushed backward as pieces of armor break away and the battlefield grows more chaotic.

Step 8 – The Final Frame

With one perfectly executed finishing strike, the duel ends. The Dragon Samurai falls to one knee. The battlefield becomes silent once again. The camera slowly rises into a wide aerial shot, revealing the victorious Lion Samurai standing alone as dust settles across the ancient valley.

Question: If this were the opening scene of a Hollywood movie, would it immediately grab your attention, or what would you change to make it even more unforgettable?

I Created a FIFA World Cup 2026 AI Commercial in Pixlr 3D Kid Style ⚽🏆

I've been experimenting with AI-generated commercials and decided to create a 15-second FIFA World Cup 2026 concept trailer in a colorful Pixlr-style 3D animation aesthetic.

The challenge wasn't generating the visuals—it was making sure every important moment fit into just 15 seconds without feeling rushed.

The commercial includes:

⚽ A massive packed stadium with fans from around the world

🎆 Fireworks, flags, and a World Cup atmosphere

🏆 The trophy reveal at center field

🔥 A young football superstar dribbling past defenders

🤸 A cinematic bicycle kick in slow motion

🥅 A dramatic goal sequence with a diving goalkeeper

🎉 A huge celebration with confetti and fireworks

I first designed a complete storyboard and then built a second-by-second cinematic prompt with detailed camera directions to keep the action clear and readable.

My goal was to make it feel like a real international sports advertisement rather than a typical AI-generated video.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the storyboard, animation style, pacing, and overall commercial concept.

Feedback is appreciated ⚽🚀

I tested a high-concept idea using Seedance 2 and the result turned out surprisingly cinematic.

Concept: A tired man walks through a bright forest and collapses on a rock. Suddenly, an eagle flies overhead and drops an energy drink can. On impact, it creates a massive crater (yes, totally unrealistic on purpose). When he looks inside, liquid energy bursts upward and the can rises back in slow motion.

The goal was to mix realism (lighting, performance, environment) with absurd physics to create a memorable ad-style visual.

What worked:

- Natural daylight forest lighting made it feel grounded

- The sudden shift to chaos (crater impact) grabs attention

- Slow-motion product rise adds that premium ad feel

What I’d improve:

- More detail in the liquid energy simulation

- Slightly smoother transition from impact to crater reveal

Overall, Seedance 2 handled cinematic pacing and realism really well.

Would love feedback — and if you’ve tried similar surreal concepts, drop them below 👇
