Italian planning for Mizoram - a few Qs on permits, history, language

My name is Daniel, I am an Italian guy currently based in Kolkata. Considering the geographical proximity, and that my job allows me to interact with lots of Mizoram people, I am tempted to visit the state. I have a range of questions about Mizoram:
I think Vangchhia would be my number one interest as it looks gorgeous, however on maps it seems extremely remote and close to the Myanmar border. Even if I obtain my PAP/ILP (not even sure about the differences between the two tbh), will I be allowed to go? And even if I am allowed, is it easily accessible for tourists?
Is there any other archeological site you would recommend besides Vangchhia?
I have read about Reiek and Falkawn - which heritage village near Aizawl would you recommend? It can be either of these or another one altogether.
Any good resources to learn Mizo before I go? Would be super fun to be able to speak it with locals! Besides language, any good read about Mizoram would be appreciated.
