I ordered some products over aliexpress valued at $20 incl shipping( so under Rs1000)
I get 2 separate invoices from Celero asking for a clearly flat rate of Rs300 brokerage fee AND on invoice #1 VAT for Rs170 (which implies value > Rs 1,100)
The second invoice has the same brokerage fee but for some reason VAT Rs325 (implying value > Rs2100)

So product ~ Rs950
#1 invoice asking Rs 572.50
#2 invoice asking Rs 727.50

Not to mention it seems they're completely ignoring the Rs1000 amount that has to be deducted before calculation of any VAT/Duty for personal imports (which this is)

Anyone got some way to make sense of this ??
