How to possibly integrate our existing business with FBA - Most items we sell are $2 or less
I feel like I'm getting analysis paralysis from all of the reading and videos on selling on Amazon. I kind of want to just jump in to it, but I also don't want to end up upside down.
Right now, we already have a warehouse and sell to distributers. Most of our items are relatively compact and on average around $2.
I was thinking of maybe trying FBM first during this time and then figuring out which items might be good for FBA.
Maybe ship a case of a few items and see how they work out? My somewhat concern doing this is if Amazon ends up requiring me to ship to different warehouses, which would possibly be costly, but also possibly acceptable.
Looking for thoughts and suggestions from maybe those who were in a similar situation.
