Title, basically. I'm writing this autobiographical short story, and I can't help but ask AI for advice and feebback. In the same chat where I vented about my mental health, as the story in question is on a similar topic.

I know that the world generally has a judgemental stance on AI and its users. But I feel so lonely and isolated sometimes that resorting to it feels like the only option. Including for venting.
