CC1 Canvas won't unload

Solved I tore it down, and the new square connector on the back PCB had come loose. I unplugged it fully, repeated it, and everything seems to be working now. Thanks for all the advice!

I got my Canvas all set up, and let's say in spools 1-4 I have yellow, black, orange and green. I load each one one by one, and click load in the screen to get the filament up to the 4 in 1 block. However the filament does not come out the nozzle, is that correct behavior? In order to get it to extrude, I have to "load" the filament multiple times.

Then once it extrudes, it works ok if I tell it to extrude from the touchscreen menu. If I tell it to unload, the menu pops up then disappears, but im still able to extrude the filament. For example if I load yellow and get it to extrude, I click unload, and after the screen pops up for unload for like 2 seconds, if i click thr button to extrude again, more yellow will come out, as if it never unloaded anything.

Then if I click to load in a new color, it feeds the color into the 4 in 1, but never actually changes. For example if I have yellow loaded, then click load black, it will whine and click, then when I click to extrude, yellow still comes out. It seems like it can't unload the filament.

If I want to unload the filament, i have to manually push on the cutter lever, and i can feel it slice through the filament. Then u have to retract the filament, and then I can pull it out and load in a new color.

I've used the CC1 for over a year without issues, but I can't for the life of me get this thing to work.

Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my unit?
