Always waking up before alarm
Does anyone have any idea why i always wake up 1 to 1 and half hours before my wake up time? the only times i wakeup from my alarm are when i have stayed up alot past my bedtime; i have also changed my sleep schedule because i need to stay up the night, and still, didnt change a thing. i dont take caffeine for 12 hours before sleep, no carbohydrates, etc...

Melhor monitor QHD sem OLED atualmente.
Alguém pode me ajudar? Ou dar algumas outras novas opções
Estou entre:
- Asus Rog Strix XG27ACS (muito vazamento de luz e os pretos parecem mais cinzas que comum para o IPS médio)
-Asus Tuf VG27AQ5A (o que mais tem ghosting e as cores são bem mais saturadas, o que não me parece que seria do meu gosto)
-Aoc Agon G4 Q27g4f (poucos lugares confiaveis onde conseguir no BR e fica sem promoção, resultando em ser mais caro que os outros mesmo sendo supostamente pior? Não entendo.)
