Reset Onboarding?

I accidentally hit reset onboarding and now all the widgets I created I can’t find. There was no notification or pop up when I accidentally hit the button to tell me that all my widgets would clear so I believe they’re still here somewhere. Does anyone know how to get them back?

Also, does anyone know if you can have more than one widget total on the free plan? It says “unlock all spaces” but it doesn’t say what comes unlocked on free.

Idea Farming for Make

I've been using Zapier for years, but have never maximized my usage of it. I switched to Make because of the better integration and usage of Claude's AI tools in automations, and the cost is ridiculously better. I'm looking for some ideas on how you all are using Make to make your life easier and also to maximize it's capabilities.

I'm a small biz owner (consulting) and a neurodivergent person so any ideas related to that would be helpful, too! But also just curious what you all are doing in Make overall.

When does ketosis go away?

I’m in my 3rd week post-op and sill in ketosis. I go back to work (and the dentist) on Monday and I’m so worried about ketones in my breath and just overall the horrible taste in my mouth. I wake up every morning gagging on the grimy feeling and taste in my mouth. And every single thing tastes rank because of the ketones.

Any advice on when this ends? Or how to get it to go away?

Post-Op Sugar and Protein Struggles

I’m 10 days post-op today. I’m having two major issues so far. Would love some feedback.

The past week, the feeling of protein shakes in my stomach is painful and uncomfortable, not to mention the thought of drinking a protein shake makes me completely repulsed, no matter what shakes I try to drink. This wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t supposed to be my main source of protein and calories. On the other hand, the puréed food I’ve been eating goes down and sits comfortably in my stomach. Yogurt has been great, tried a tiny bit of hummus today and it sat just fine. So really it’s only protein shakes that I’m having an issue with. How do I get around this? There’s no more chugging shakes so I don’t know what to do.

Secondly, everything sugar free tastes absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried sugar free electrolytes, Gatorade, coffee syrup, Splenda, etc. I’ve never been a fan of sugar free, but during pre-op I got used to it and was fine. Splenda worked and Gatorade was good. Now I’m avoiding anything other than plain water because I can’t handle the taste. I did try putting regular honey in my Greek yogurt and the taste didn’t turn me off or hurt my stomach. Any suggestions here for what to drink for hydration instead of just plain water?

Overall have been doing amazing post-op but these two things are tripping me up because I know how important it is to get protein in right now.

I’m having a pain almost like heartburn and burping often so that I can relieve the pressure in my stomach. I’m 4 days post-op and even 2 baby sips of water, sometimes just one, can cause so much pressure and deep pain where I’m guessing my new stomach is. It doesn’t feel like fullness, it feels more like too much pressure building in my stomach, pain, and then it gurgles a little bit and I burping and it’s better.

Does this sound like regular healing? Does this sound like esophagus spasms? Or does this sound like water is making me full after one sip?
