I modded my nintendo 3ds xl for the first time the other day, couldn't mess with it yesterday because of work, and when i put a game file onto it this morning, it decided to scan and repair the 32gb micro sd that I use in an adapter for the 3ds. Now, the 3ds wont boot at all without an sd card, ive lost all my homebrew apps like fbi, homebrew launcher, and anemone, and when i try to install a game through the files, it says it failed because the db folder is missing. I followed the guide online and installed luma and gm9, but im lost at this point and dont know how to fix it at all. I dont even know if factory resetting the 3ds will fix it.
