Hi everyone,

I have an MSI Venture Pro AI PC, which doesn't connect to the internet when I plug in the Ethernet cable. I use the same Ethernet cable on another PC and it works, plus I connect to the Wi-Fi normally from my MSI. Can anyone give me advice?

Scrivo perché ho un msi VenturePro 15 AI A1VEG-003IT appena comprato che è perfetto in tutto tranne per il fatto che collegando un cavo ethernet (ho fatto varie prove (e con ognuna di queste, con altri computer riesco a collegarmi), anche collegandolo direttamente al modem di casa e cambiando cavo ethernet, installando i driver direttamente dal sito intel e dal sito msi). Qualcuno ha avuto questo problema? E eventualmente come avete risolto?
