suddenly everyone's against ai....why?

nowadays, I’ve seen a lot of people posting against ai, saying it’s not that useful or only works in specific industries, or that it’s expensive. But I don’t really understand why people are thinking like this.

What technologies are actually used in modern fitness apps today?

I’m trying to understand what technologies are actually used in modern fitness app development today and how useful they really are. Are features like AI-based workout plans, posture tracking, and smart coaching actually being used in real apps, and who is using them? Also, are AR/VR fitness experiences and wearable integrations just trends, or are they really part of working products?

How do you choose a company for your app project?

My friend has a business idea for app development but is not sure like how to validate that and is thinking to talk to some companies but all were kind of saying the same things ....so how will we choose a reliable company for our fitness app project.
What parameters should we actually look at before finalizing a company? And what questions should we ask to avoid wrong decisions?
