We were approached in public by a young girl who said she's a student, and asked if we were tourists. She's offering us a free tour of Tbilisi as she wants to practice and it's going to be part of her grade. Could this be one of those scams where she'll bring us to overpriced restaurants where she'll receive a kickback? She seems harmless and awkward for a scammer though
I posted on some Facebook groups that I'm looking for a short term lease flat. I've gotten a few messages and some of them are exactly what I'm looking for. I just need to know- are there any rental/real estate scams that I should be aware of? How would I know if who I'm talking to is legit?
