Hi everyone,

I’m posting on behalf of a friend who has recently arrived in London to study at Queen Mary University of London.

She had arranged accommodation in advance through someone she was in contact with, but unfortunately the person backed out of the agreement at the last minute after she had already arrived in London. She is now urgently looking for somewhere to stay.

We’re looking for:

1. Room / flatshare / studio

2. Budget: up to £750/month

3. Preferably somewhere with easy access to Queen Mary University of London / Mile End

4. Areas a little further away are also fine if they have good public transport connectivity

5. Available immediately

6. Female-friendly accommodation preferred

7. Bills included would be a plus, but not essential

She is a responsible, clean and respectful tenant/student.

If anyone has a room available, is looking for a flatmate, has a tenancy takeover/sublet, or knows someone who might have something available, please DM me.

We’re happy to provide more details about her privately.

This is quite urgent as she has already arrived in London, so any genuine leads would be massively appreciated.
