He found himself in a trap tonight during an ongoing stray domestic rabbit rescue operation in Albany. He is very mellow and has a lovely voice. No chip and no collar.

Someone dumped this domestic rabbit in Albany, and we were alerted to her via Facebook and began working to trap her the same day. Last night she was fatally struck by a car.

Thank you to everyone who has been helping with the rescue effort.

It's dump season again. Please, if you see a rabbit in your neighborhood with odd coloring, a chunky appearance, or odd behavior, reach out. I'd rather get fifteen false alarms if it means we can save a life.

And if you got a bunny and are struggling with care, you can reach out too. Times are tough and we're here to help.

My email is in my reddit profile, or you can message me, or reach out on Facebook to the Rabbit Resource, or use the form on our website.
