Brought the pan to the Airbnb and it had that vacation glow

A Turkish inspired dinner after attending a catered event where a similar dish was served.

Made dough Wednesday night. Cold ferment in the fridge until Sunday.

Four Pies:

Classic Margherita

Zesty Cilantro Lime Chicken Pie (Inspired by the Jimmy's Free Range Chicken Pie from the OG Flatbreads Pizzeria in Somerville, Ma, USA)

Classic Pepperoni

Clam Pie (inspired by the OG Frank Pepe)

Cooked in a home electric oven on a baking steel.

Dragon Pizza cannot be beat.

Healthy weeknight dinner with grilled chicken, grilled corn, grill roasted red peppers on top of cilantro lime rice, fresh tomatoes, red onion, and avocado with a zesty lime cilantro and Greek yogurt dressing.

Big hit in this house.

Was waiting at the light after soccer practice and heard the emergency sirens. Didn't see any cars moving out of the way.
