i could try to research this myself, but i thought i'd get the community involved. do we have any evidence to support this claim?

just randomly found this set at a sticker booth (they had no other pencils) at a small stationery fair in bangkok.

i loved the typography on the tin and bought it immediately, but have never seen this set before and kind of assumed the pencils inside might be natural wood coating.

they're beautiful! just sharing my unexpected happiness, thanks!
