Hey everyone, I'm in the process of renting a 1BR in Dubai Creek Harbour as a solo female. Wanted to crowdsource from people who've actually lived there (or rented in Dubai recently) to make sure I'm not missing anything obvious.

Which buildings in DCH do you actually recommend and which ones have disappointed?
Did your landlord offer any free months or perks and how did you ask for them?
Anything that wasn't in your contract that you wish had been?
Any red flags I should watch for in the contract itself?
Agents to trust (or avoid) in the area?
