the real situation in small county in China

The few that are still open are mostly mahjong parlors or other folk entertainment venues with gambling elementsI know it's necessary to build a lot of shops for GDP growth, but right now no one wants to rent them for business. Every business in China has been losing money these past two years. This place is a long-term poverty-stricken county with a huge population
