Mini fridge Kegerator conversion, new to the game.

I’m new to the kegerator game. So far this is what I have... Still trying to dial in my keg of Stella. Running an inkbird control unit set to 37 degrees. Have an 80mm fan and control module to circulate air. 10 foot 3/16 beer line. Tap faucet is from Vevor. CO2 tank is sitting outside the fridge. Looking for ways to insulate the fridge a little more considering I had to remove the door shelving. Also the garage stays pretty cool throughout summer.
