Anyone notice that their heart rate is lower since taking the meds? I haven’t seen 60s as my RHR in a long time.

I have severe health anxiety/OCD and my doctor prescribed me Prozac/Fluoxetine. I’m on day 6 of taking it. Other than being tired, I haven’t really experienced any other side effects. I woke up today with the sensation that a hair was on my forehead. Realized it was more of a tingle/pins and needles/crawling sensation on my forehead close to the middle of my eyebrows. Is this normal? I keep thinking I’m having a stroke. I’m on 20 mg.
