A few days ago, I received a message from an unknown account on Discord. It had no name or information, just a string of characters.

I thought it was spam or some kind of joke, but the account disappeared shortly after. I tried decoding it, and this is what I found.

I don't know if it means anything or if anyone else has seen something similar.
