Tuesday: Pull

Hello everyone, 41M, 178cm and around 72kg. I started going to gym seriously in April. I have had some guidance from a seasoned gym goer, and then started to experiment myself, after doing some "research" on YouTube. I modified my workout around the equipment at my local gym, and also my preference. I'm currently doing PPL/UL. I feel like I found the good balance with Push, legs, and lower, but pull day now feels too long. I would like to keep it between 60-75min but it's hard. I started to do some sort of superset, but feels not an efficient way to train. If possible, I would like to hear your opinions and suggestions on how to optimize this workout. Thanks

I live in South East Asia, and just got this pair today. First impression, I love them, they look great. I decided to go tts because I thought it would be best, but after I tried them on, while they feel quite tight on the overall foot, I feel like my toes have no room and my big toe felt not comfortable at all. Tried playing with them, maybe they need to break in a bit, and while my foot is perfectly locked in and secure, had to stop because e my toes were cramping. Thinking of returning them and get half to one size up, and wanted to hear some feedback about it. What's your experience with them? Should I go half to one size up, or just use them more and they will eventually feel good?
