Is full-spectrum worth paying more for if a standard infrared sauna is already working for you?

I have a standard infrared sauna and use it after training because I like the routine. It is not broken, but I keep seeing full-spectrum models marketed as the better choice for recovery. Basically, I've been going back and forth between videos and spec sheets trying to compare my options, but after a while everything started sounding the same. I'm a bit stumped about what I should actually be looking at.

For anyone who compared both, what did you look at besides the full-spectrum label? Temperature range, panel layout, warm-up time, build quality? I am trying to work out whether there is a practical reason to upgrade or if I am just being sold a fancier spec sheet.
