What's your favorite fall ice cream? 🍂

What's your favorite fall ice cream? 🍂

Hi guys 👋 !

Summer is kinda gone (at least here in Norway 😞). I need some inspo for fall ice creams!

I'm creating a collection for fall ice creams! It consists of:

  1. Apple Pie Frozen Yogurt
  2. High Protein Pumpkin Pie
  3. Chai Tea Latte
  4. Frozen Hot Chocolate
  5. Maple Coffee
  6. Salted Caramel Coffee Protein
  7. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein
  8. Apple Pie Ice Cream
  9. Keto Maple Walnut
  10. Gingerbread Cottage Cheese

Some of them are from this sub, and my fav is the salted caramel coffee one, only 206 kcal and 30g protein for the whole pint!

Fall collections

Here's the collection if you want the recipes https://respins.app/c/zmrw6b

What's your favorite fall ice cream? I wanna add more to the list :D!

We going full FAT 🤤

Hi guys!

I am probably the guy who has made more protein ice cream than the average Creami owner. I have eaten a protein pint almost every day for 2 years 😂 , it's either high protein or low kcal.

Then it hit me anothe rday that this is called an ice cream machine, not a protein ice cream machine. So this weekend i said screw the macros and made this full fat vanilla (not mine recipe, credz to rwjb1976: respins.app/244 )

It tastes AMAZING! 🤤

Recipe (deluxe machine): 10 g cream cheese, 70 g sugar, pinch of salt, vanilla paste, 180 ml cream, 260 ml whole milk. No gums no pudding mix no powder.

Pics are my norwegian version with TINE stuff 🇳🇴 (respins.app/408). My friend couldn't believe one could make this great ice cream at home, so I think we have succeeded!

Anyone else got a full fat recipe you keep coming back to?

I built a FREE Ninja CREAMi recipe browser with filters (base, allergens, macros). Need feedback from the community!

Hi! Norwegian developer here, obsessed with CREAMi since I got mine two years ago. I originally built this for myself, but I was encouraged to share it here: respins.app

The app is FREE, and I want to build it together with the community.

What it does today:

  • ~50 curated recipes with filters (base, allergens, calories/protein) and favorites
  • log your spins and keep notes on each recipe
  • add your own recipes — write them in, or just paste a link and it imports the recipe for you
  • every recipe gets its own short link you can share — for instance my all-time favourite, respins.app/209 (mango + condensed milk)

I'm one person with one set of tastes, and I'd rather build what CREAMi owners need. So tell me: what would you actually use? There are probably many apps already, but competition is healthy, and this community deserves a great free one.

Early days, hobby project. If you find a bug, tell me and I'll fix it. As long as there are users, I'll keep working on it.

Thanks mods for the green light :)!

Edit 1: You can install the app on your home screen (instructions in the profile/settings page). Works with both iOS and Android. For iOS you need to use Safari to install the app.

Edit 2: Blown away by the response, thank you all! I don't want to clutter this sub with app stuff, so future updates will live over at r/respins. Come join if you want to follow along.

I built an app for the ninja CREAMi.

Hi!

I'm Alex, a software developer from Norway. I got a Ninja CREAMi two years ago on my birthday and got completely obsessed, and it turns out there's a huge community around this machine (protein ice cream is a whole thing).

The dominant recipe app in the niche is paid, and the community complains about that constantly. So I built a free alternative: respins.app

What it does: browse and filter recipes (base, allergies, calories — filtering is the differentiator), favorites and collections, paste-a-link import from any recipe URL, and every recipe gets a short link like respins.app/209 (my favorite).

Here's my problem: the obvious channel, the machine's subreddit, doesn't let me post about the app. So I've built something for a community I can't currently reach. How would you get this in front of more users?
