Galleria Park Hotel Not earning SNP with Hyatt
Booked a business trip(via Navan) to Galleria Park Hotel in San Francisco. I gave Navan my membership account number, however i don't see the reservation on hyatt.com. I naively thought there was some IT issues.
I paid the bill with my credit card at the front desk, and on the bill I can see that it was a standard rate. However 4 days after checking out I still don't see the bonus points posted.
Called hyatt customer service, after some research the lady realized that even though Galleria Park Hotel is listed on hyatt.com, it actually does not participate in world of hyatt rewards program. Really surprising to learn that. It's a confusing/frustrating/deceitful experience to see a hotel advised on hyatt.com but does not participate in its rewards program
