[For Rent] Seeking Lease Takeover for 1Bd 1Bth Apt in DeForest 8/1/26-7/31/27

Hi! I am currently looking for someone to takeover my lease, as I am moving to the Boston area and am unable to stay until the lease end date. The apartment is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath unit on the second floor of Covered Bridge Residences in DeForest, WI. Just a 5 minute drive from downtown Sun Prairie, DeForest, or Windsor, and 10 minutes from Madison's east side. Building is pet friendly, has underground parking ($75/mo), and has various community spaces available for use. Future expansion will include more amenities, set to begin construction later this year. Property is gated and requires fob access for building entry.

The lease dates are August 1st 2026 through July 31st, 2027. As I am looking to find a lease takeover asap, I am offering to pay the first month's rent, as well as provide a $500 Amazon gift card for the new resident's use towards furnishing/decorating apartment. I am also willing to leave behind any furniture pieces seen in the attached photos such as the couch, bed, side table, dresser, bookshelves, TVs and stand, rugs, coffee table, and barstools, if interested.
