Pennys room designs are so much better after the second house upgrade

I couldnt find any pictures of the room designs for the 2nd house upgrade, so I assumed that it would be the same amount of items as the first upgrade just more spread out, but this is so much more complete and nice looking compared to the first upgrade version!
