Just out of curiosity, how big are everyone's classes?

So far, I have a few classes with 35 students. Teaching 9th and 10th. I can physically fit 3 more students in my class as I have a total of 38 desks, but I hope it doesn't come down to that 😅

EDIT: For those of you with 35+ students, how did you survive the first few years of teaching?

Does dodea offer induction program? From my understanding, it takes a few years to get hired by dodea depending on what positions are available. Just wondering if anyone was hired straight after student teaching or with only 1 or 2 years of teaching experience. Any insight are appreciated!
