I know there are issues going on in Manipur but I don't know of any recent ones and I myself am not from India. Plus he didn't say anything about him being offline for a while or that he may not have Internet or anything like that. And it isnt really like him to just go off randomly withought saying a word.. I'm just really worried and the more I think about the issues going on there the more it troubles me. I might be overthinking it but still. Have there recently been any issues around the time he went offline?

My brother bought a pair recently and we hadn't let them out either they were scared of hands and stuff but one day I turned my fan off, opened their gate and just sat a bit away from them and after a while one of them got out and started flying around but the issue that I never thought of was that it had been caged it's entire life and didnt know anything but the cage's walls and was literally hitting everywhere and even falling and stuff (i dont think their wings are clipped?) And it looked so scared one time too when it fell to the ground.. so what should i do? Should I still open their cage and let them figure it out or should i be doing something more specific..
