Water damage question
Phone: Samsung Galaxy s24 For context I have bad bad memory issues and don't prioritize my phone time alot. I understand it was on me for waiting so long. A week - 2 weeks ago I dropped my phone in the toilet, gross Ik. It had a protective case on it but not one that plugged the charging port. In panic I put some soap on it and rinsed it off I tried doing as little as possible I just didn't want it to be covered in toilet water. I take the case off and dry it. I didn't have any dried rice to put it in. It still worked and charged fine. Then a few days later it just stopped charging and died. A few more days pass and I've tried plugging it in for an hour...it stays at 0 percent the whole time with a battery sign showing up. My question is. Is my phone gone? Is it worth going to a cellphone repair place? I don't have my passwords written down anywhere but that phones notes app which admittedly was dumb. So I need it back on or the info. And I don't know the email that was attached to said notes app...but I don't want to spend a bunch of money if they can't do anything...what do I do
