So i applied to bs electricalelectronics engineering (EEE) islamabad campus. My aggregate is 68.84 and the closing merit for EEE is 68.96. That means i didnt get an admission because of only 0.12%. Is there any chance for me to get an offer letter in the fourth list? I see alot of people talking about the fourth list and say that they got an offer letter today but i didnt get it. As of yet.
